What materials do you use to make the jewellery?
We use resin combined with your breast milk or ashes, plus high-quality metals like sterling silver, gold-filled, or stainless steel. Each piece is lovingly handcrafted.
How do I send you my breast milk or ashes?
Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll email you the address to send your inclusion. Please ensure it's clearly labelled and include your order number inside the package.
Is my breast milk or ashes safe during the process?
Absolutely. We handle your materials with care, hygiene, and respect. The resin seals your keepsake permanently.
How long does it take to make my bespoke jewellery?
Usually 3–4 weeks from receipt of your materials until dispatch.
Can I personalise the design or add special touches?
Yes! We offer many different styles. Contact us for bespoke requests.
Is the resin durable and safe for everyday wear?
Yes, the resin is durable, water-resistant, and hypoallergenic.
How should I care for my resin jewellery?
Avoid harsh chemicals and prolonged water exposure. Clean gently with a soft cloth.
What if my parcel gets lost or damaged?
All orders come with trackig. Contact us immediately if there’s an issue.
Can I return or exchange my bespoke jewellery?
Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or exchanges as each piece is custom made. Please contact us with any concerns.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times and costs vary depending on your location.
